Bruce J. Castleton


Mr. Castleton's practice concentrates on all aspects of litigation, with particular emphasis in municipality and public entity defense; employment law; general business and real estate litigation; wills, trusts, and probates. Mr. Castleton joined the firm in 2005.
  • Handled cases before the Idaho Human Rights Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Idaho Board of Medicine.
  • Previously practiced in Boise in construction law and civil litigation oriented firm.
  • Clerked for Idaho Supreme Court Chief Justice Linda Copple Trout.
  • Graduated as a Distinguished Military Graduate from the Army ROTC program and served in the United States Army on active duty and in the National Guard as a field artillery officer.
