Eric F. Nelson
Mr. Nelson’s practice focuses on all aspects of civil and commercial
litigation, with particular emphasis on municipality and public entity
defense; civil rights defense; employment law; real estate law; and
administrative law. He also manages a variety of business, corporate,
and transactional matters. Additionally, Mr. Nelson serves as the
administrative prosecutor for 18 professional licensing boards. Mr.
Nelson joined the firm in 2010.
- Previously worked with an independent fiduciary in drafting and maintaining pension,
profit-sharing, and 401(k) plans for a variety of business entities throughout the
United States.
- Served two-year clerkship for the Honorable John A. Manglona of the Supreme Court
of the Northern Mariana Islands.
- Member of Creighton University Law Review, National Moot Court Team, and National
Mock Trial Team; national runner-up and regional champion of the Saul Lefkowitz
Moot Court Competition, presenting arguments before judges seated on the United
States Courts of Appeal for the Seventh, Eighth, and Federal Circuits.
