Mr. Ericson's practice concentrates on general business matters, business litigation, estate planning and probate matters and he represents and advises a professional licensing board. His practice also includes litigation with a special emphasis on municipality and public entity defense and takings law.

business and commercial litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage litigation.
Active in city planning issues and served as a member of the Layton City, Utah,
Planning Commission.
