Mr. Hales' practice concentrates
on commercial litigation and cases involving corporations, contracts,
real estate, employment, business, administrative and adoption cases.
Mr. Hales represents and advises approximately 20 professional licensing
boards and numerous governmental entities. His business and transactional
practice includes individuals and businesses of all sizes, and he
has been involved in numerous complicated business and real estate
sales transactions.
Clerked for District Court Judge D. Duff McKee of the Idaho Fourth
Judicial District. Served as an
Ada County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the Civil Division. Lectured extensively
on employment and business law, and private and agency adoptions in
Idaho. Serves as hearing
officer for actions before the Idaho State Board of Medicine.
