Mr. Naylor's practice concentrates
on litigation with a special emphasis on municipality and public entity
defense, civil rights matters, employment law, governmental and education
law, law enforcement liability, and general litigation.
Served as an Ada County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the Criminal
Division. Member of the
Governor's Task Force on Children at Risk since 2000 (currently
Chairman). Served on the
Ada County Juvenile Court Services Citizen's Advisory Council, both
as the President and
member-at-large. Active in the
Idaho Law Foundation, serving as the Chairman of Law-Related Education Committee and
in numerous other capacities and on numerous committees. Judged the Idaho
State High School Mock Trial competition since 1989. 1997 recipient
of the Idaho State Bar Pro Bono Award for his extensive service
for the Court Appointed
Guardian Ad Litem Program (CASA) for abused children since 1988.
