Mr. Stoll represents a wide variety of clients in both state and federal court in the areas of family law; Section 1983 prison litigation; insurance defense with an emphasis on municipalities; and administrative law emphasizing professional licensing boards. Mr. Stoll's family law practice includes comprehensive representation including divorce, custody/visitation, child support, and modification of existing orders.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stoll served a two-year clerkship with the Honorable D. Duff McKee and the Honorable Daniel D. Hurlbutt, Senior District Judges of the Idaho Fourth Judicial District.

Mr. Stoll received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Idaho, 2001 cum laude, and his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, 2005, where he was a member of Cleveland-Marshall's National Moot Court Team. Mr. Stoll is admitted to practice in the state of Idaho, and the United States District Court for the District of Idaho.

Mr. Stoll is a member of the American Inns of Court Alumni Association. He also serves as a Deputy Athletic Commissioner for the Idaho Athletic Association.
