James R. Stoll


Mr. Stoll's practice concentrates on Section 1983 prison litigation; municipality and public entity defense; and administrative law emphasizing professional licensing boards. Mr. Stoll's family law practice includes comprehensive representation including divorce, custody/visitation, child support, and modification of existing orders in both state and federal court. Mr. Stoll joined the firm in 2008.
  • Served a two-year clerkship with the Honorable D. Duff McKee and the Honorable Daniel D. Hurlbutt, Senior District Judges of the Idaho Fourth Judicial District.
